Each morning we wake up to a cascade of rumours and suggestions of status updates on transfers ... today we get stories of a second bid for Sancho being turned down, new players being linked and the prospect of more players being signed in the days left than we've managed in any transfer window ever.

Which is all great for the clicks/likes, but isn't great for the squad and the chance of success this season - Reality is that there aren't many days left and the season has already started.

In the meantime, Gary Nev has thrown in a hand grenade on Twitter calling out United's stance of the transfer market being difficult to operate in

"It’s appalling that in this market which is probably the easiest in PL history to get transfers done that United haven’t done more yet ! They must get Ole a CB , LB and Forward pre deadline! The others are managing to get things over the line why not United !"

    Happy Wednesday
