[11] Subscription copies of the new Red News fanzine (RN 248) will be sent out on the 27th November

Sorry for the delay, just a one-off as we make some changes to the logistics of sending out the fanzine. Has delayed sending out RN248 by one week.

This doesn't affect digital copies of the mag

Normal service from then on.
