[44] Big Sam on why MUFC have struggled this season
[44] Big Sam on why MUFC have struggled this season
"Transition I would say. I think that transition is a big thing when one of the greatest men ever to manage a football club in the world leaves after 27 years. He has to be given time to establish himself and make the changes that need to be made. It's a massive, massive job for David and this season has been a massive learning curve for him. In the end, they haven't had as good a season as they would have liked. I don't think it surprises many of us that when someone like Sir Alex Ferguson leaves, it becomes a struggle for whoever takes over."
